She honed her skills as a master cosmetologist for seven years before relocating to Georgia to take her career to the next level. After working with renowned lash and wax companies and earning her certification as a master lash artist, Shay discovered her true passion: lash extensions. Cancellation Policy
La Shay Beauty Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, but to respect our time and other clients, the following policy applies:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 25% charge of the booked service.
• No-call, no-show appointments will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.
La Shay Beauty – Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 10 minutes, your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time.
• After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will be added or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
